​Childcare Funding

If you are eligible for the 2 year or 3-4 year funding entitlements (15 or 30 hours), you can use these to cover the Early Years Education/Childcare element of your child’s day. 

Our day is 7.5 hours (8.30am – 4pm).  Therefore, if you are in receipt of 15 funded hours, this will fund 2 days and 30 hours would fund 4 days of childcare.  You can also split your funded hours between us and another provider if you so wish.

Forest School Activity Payment

Alongside the Early Years Education/Childcare element of your child’s day, we offer full emersion into the Forest School approach and education.  This includes having qualified and experienced Forest School staff, participating in Forest School activity such as tool work, fires, building structures and learning about nature, caring for the animals, having access to 20 acres of private woodland as well as the additional specialist equipment and insurances needed that go beyond what the Childcare funding covers. 

We charge £2 extra per hour for the Forest School element which equates to £15 per day.  These fees will be spread evenly over the year, fees will be due on the 1st of every month. 

If you are claiming the childcare funding and your child is in receipt of ‘Pupil Premium’ you will receive a 50% discount for the Forest School payment reducing this to £7.50 per day (proof is required)

If you are in receipt of ‘Universal Credit’ you will receive a discount of 20% reducing this to £12 per day. (proof is required)

Private Payments

If your child will not yet be in receipt of their funding, you are not eligible or you are choosing to pay privately for the sessions, then payment is required at the beginning of the month (payment through ‘go cardless’ or Tax Free Childcare or cash).

The fees are:

£42.75 per 7.5 hour day for the Childcare element

£15 per 7.5 hour day for the Forest School element

Total: £57.75 per 7.5 hour day

If your Childcare Funding doesn’t fully cover your child’s hours with us, we charge £5.70 per private paid hour (if you have already paid the Forest School element of £15)

We accept childcare vouchers, Tax Free Childcare payments, bank transfer and cash, payment is spread evenly over a number of months. 

Additional hours £5.70 per hour

If we have to close through no fault of our own, fees are still payable.

​We do not offer half day sessions

Fees are all paid monthly in advance and payment plans are set up so all payments are spread equally over 12 months.

We accept childcare vouchers, and tax free childcare.

Home Education Fees

Full Day Fees:

£37 per day.

​​

Each additional sibling who attends receives a 10% discount.

Payment will be through a plan where the termly fees are spread evenly over a number of months. A monthly invoice will be sent at the beginning of each month. You can pay through standing order, Go Cardless or in cash.
